Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of a paid membership to the Get Blue platform and services (“Membership”). This Agreement is entered into between you (“Member,” “you”) and Get Blue LLC (“Get Blue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or continuing a Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Get Blue Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or disclosures referenced therein (collectively, the “Get Blue Agreements”).
If you do not agree, do not purchase or continue a Membership.
1. SCOPE OF MEMBERSHIP
1.1. WHAT THE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
A Get Blue Membership provides access to a digital, subscription-based wellness platform that may include, depending on your plan and product availability:
- Access to the Get Blue mobile and web applications
- Personalized lifestyle insights and prioritization
- Habit, rhythm, and capacity tracking features
- Wearable, lab, and third-party data integrations (if enabled)
- Educational content and system-generated guidance
- Two 30-minute Calibration sessions (“Tunes”) per month
Important:
Get Blue provides lifestyle guidance and informational support only. A Membership does not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services, and does not create a provider–patient relationship.
1.2. EXCLUSIONS
2. MEMBERSHIP TERM, BILLING, AND AUTO-RENEWAL
Unless expressly stated in writing:
- Lab testing, lab fees, supplements, devices, and third-party services are not included
- One-time consultations, specialized services, or add-ons may be offered separately and are governed by separate terms
- Get Blue may modify features, tools, or content over time as part of normal product evolution
2.1. MEMBERSHIP TERM OPTIONS
At enrollment, you may select one of the following billing structures:
- Monthly Subscription: Recurring monthly payments beginning on your sign-up date
- Quarterly Subscription: A single upfront payment covering three (3) consecutive months
- Semi-Annual Subscription: A single upfront payment covering six (6) consecutive months
- Annual Subscription: A single upfront payment covering twelve (12) consecutive months
2.2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
ALL MEMBERSHIPS AUTO-RENEW unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
- Monthly Subscriptions renew every one (1) month
- Quarterly Subscriptions renew every three (3) months
- Semi-Annual Subscriptions renew every six (6) months
- Annual Subscriptions renew every one (1) year
- Renewal occurs at the then-current Membership rate
By enrolling, you authorize Get Blue (and its payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
2.3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHARGES
You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to the effective date of cancellation, including any renewal charges processed before a valid cancellation request is received and confirmed.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1. HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your Membership at any time through:
- The cancellation controls within your account settings in the Get Blue app or web portal; or
- By emailing support@getblue.com
Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within two (2) business days. Non-use of the Services, deleting the app, or failing to log in does not constitute cancellation.
3.2. TIMING OF CANCELLATION AND EFFECT
- Cancel within 48 hours of purchase: full refund if no services have been used.
- Cancel a monthly plan after 48 hours: access stays active until the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.
- Cancel a quarterly plan after 48 hours: access stays active until the end of the 3-month term, with no prorated refund except where required by law.
- Cancel a semi-annual plan after 48 hours: access stays active until the end of the 6-month term, with no prorated refund except where required by law.
- Cancel an annual plan after 48 hours: access stays active until the end of the 12‑month term, with no prorated refund except where required by law.
- Cancel during a renewal term: access stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no further charges.
3.3. STOPPING AUTO-RENEWAL
When you cancel, your Membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. No additional charges will be processed after a valid cancellation request is received. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next renewal charge, we recommend submitting your request at least forty-eight (48) hours before your renewal date to allow for processing time. If a renewal charge is processed before your cancellation request is completed, contact support@getblue.com.
3.4. CANCELLATION
When you cancel, your Membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. No additional charges will be processed after a valid cancellation request is received. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next renewal charge, we recommend submitting your request at least forty-eight (48) hours before your renewal date to allow for processing time. If a renewal charge is processed before your cancellation request is completed, contact support@getblue.com.
4. REFUNDS
4.1. COOLING-OFF PERIOD (INITIAL 48 HOURS)
You may be eligible for a full refund of your initial Membership fee only if:
- You submit a valid cancellation request within forty-eight (48) hours of your initial purchase; and
- You have not used any Membership services, including but not limited to platform access, data integrations, coaching interactions, or consultations.
If any Membership services have been used, no refund will be issued, even within the 48-hour window.
4.2. NO-REFUND POLICY AFTER COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement or required by law:
- Membership fees are non-refundable after the Cooling-Off Period
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused time
- This applies to both monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans
This policy reflects immediate access to digital services, member pricing, system resources, and concierge availability.
4.3. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES AND FEES
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- One-time consultations or sessions already rendered
- Add-ons, upgrades, or third-party services once initiated
- Fees paid through third-party platforms (subject to their policies)
4.4. REFUNDS FOR SERVICE FAILURE
If Get Blue permanently ceases providing core Membership services (e.g., platform shutdown), Get Blue may, at its sole discretion, issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of a prepaid term.
5. PRICING AND FEE CHANGES
5.1. CHANGES TO FEES
Get Blue reserves the right to change Membership pricing, billing structures, or included features at any time.
- Price changes will not apply retroactively to the current paid term
- Updated pricing will apply upon renewal unless prohibited by law
- Notice will be provided as required by applicable law
5.2. REJOINING AFTER CANCELLATION
If you cancel and later rejoin, your Membership will be subject to:
- The then-current pricing, and
- The then-current version of this Agreement and related policies
6. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Get Blue does not store full payment card details except as permitted by law and processor requirements. You agree to keep your payment information current. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER GET BLUE AGREEMENTS
This Agreement supplements and incorporates by reference the:
- Terms of Use
- Privacy Policy
- Any additional consent forms, privacy notices, or terms provided by third-party service providers at the time you access their services (if applicable)
In the event of a conflict regarding billing, cancellation, or refunds, this Membership Agreement controls.
8. TERMINATION BY GET BLUE
Get Blue may suspend or terminate your Membership if you:
- Violate the Terms of Use or this Agreement
- Engage in misuse, abuse, or harmful conduct
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Create legal, security, or operational risk
Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (MEMBERSHIP FEES)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Blue’s total liability relating to Membership fees will not exceed the amount you paid for the current billing cycle.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
