This Medical Disclaimer & Informed Consent (“Consent”) explains the nature and limitations of the Get Blue services and describes how health-related data is used. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Get Blue platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Consent.

1. PURPOSE OF GET BLUE SERVICES

Get Blue LLC (“Get Blue,” “we,” “us”) provides a digital lifestyle and wellness platform designed to help users better understand and prioritize behaviors related to daily habits, recovery, rhythm, and overall wellbeing.

Get Blue’s Services focus on:

  • Behavioral clarity and prioritization

6.2. EXTERNAL MEDICAL PROVIDERS

If you choose to share data with a physician, coach, or other professional:

  • That relationship is solely between you and the third party
  • The third party is responsible for their own advice, compliance, and privacy practices

Get Blue does not supervise or control third-party professionals.

7. NO GUARANTEES OR OUTCOMES

You understand that:

Use of the Services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. CONSENT TO PROCESS HEALTH DATA

  • You assume responsibility for your health decisions
